Considering getting one for my model x, but dunno how i feel about "misting" a tesla with water on the interior.

    Any concerns?

Definitely don't do this, all of the plastic will turn orange and start crying "I'm melting!" (in color) because as we all know, you definitely can't get plastic wet.

Any concerns? Just that passengers may not care for your choice of diffusing oils.

The extra humidity shouldn't hurt anything, although I doubt that a small humidifier like that will make much of a difference considering how much air the HVAC moves.
