On key fob, I had trouble pairing as well. Then I saw the clickable link on the screen that said “trouble pairing your fob?” I watched that and learned you need to position the fob exactly as shown and then slide it sideways as part of the pairing. Perhaps try that.

On the bright side my range will increase without the added weight of the swivel motors :-)
