I’m so tired of being ripped off on quotes these days

I’m looking for a modest 12kw Solar system.

Panels would end up on the garage, and a south facing roof and a west facing roof on the house.

32 panels total.

No powerwalls.

This is not Tesla.

They want $53k !!!

That seems insane to me.

4 ton GeoThermal $62K (which I am going forward with).

I just put in an order for Tesla Solar Panels

Right now it’s coming up as $33k for a 14.4kw system. No power wall. I expect it to go up to maybe $40k-ish after they see I want some on garage and some on house. And a friend that recommended a few upgrades depending on what they quote.

The person I spoke with said 12 weeks. Is that at all a reality?

I’ll be happy if it’s done by October.
