I didn't get that!

A Huge percentage of time when I hit a numbers option, like, "for service, press 1".. I get back "I didn't get that", after 3 attempts, it says "goodbye". If you wait for the surgery at the end.. it says press 1 to 5, 1 being the worse. When I pressed 1, I get the same "I didn't get that." Is that anyone else's experience. Sometimes, other companies have this issue but you can SPEAK the number. Not an option with Tesla phone options.

To make matters worse, I never get parts and they never call back.

The question I am trying redeem credits for an online accessory purchase.. when I find the part, it says I have 3,000 credits (don't know how much that translates to in dollars), but the REDEEM but is grayed out and is non-responsive. What's going on?
