I had a bit of a challenge when I upgraded to. 14 Pro MAX. I ended up "undoing" all my phone settings and starting from scratch.

1. Remove all phone settings to work with a "clean slate".
2. Create a key pass with my phone and Tesla key card
3. Paired the phone in BT
4. Biggest challenge to date, is to wirelessly charge this "pizza slice" in the wireless decks -

No issues pairing my 13 pro max or my wife's 13 pro max on ours.

Check iOS Settings for the Tesla app and make sure Bluetooth is enabled. Are you able to pair your phone with the car for calls?

I was able to pair my key after resetting all the settings in my phone. Thanks.

Hi, have a similar issue here with an iPhone 13 Pro Max...

My Samsung Z Fold 4 works perfectly with the Tesla app and also wireless charges inside the car, no issues.

I sent an "add driver" link from the Tesla app via SMS to my partner's iPhone 13PM and when she clicks it the message is "add vehicle error, account incompatibility detected .. we will be adding support for it soon". She also says it doesn't charge when placed on the wireless charge plate in the car..

I said get a ZF4 but she is an Apple addict

The Max is too big and the SE or Mini is too small to line up properly on the pad. The Mini can work with a small shim below it.

That charging pad is fussy. I have the regular 14 Pro and it works fine.

Thanks, I guess she will have to go old-school and plug in a cable. The app not working is a pain though, any idea of how to solve it?
