if I can engage Autopilot in heavy rain or snow condition, does it mean AP works just as well under normal weather condition?

When should I be careful not to use Autopilot for driving on highway?

We would have to examine the accident rates for each and disengagement rates. Disengagements can be by human or Tesla software saying: I can't take it anymore.

It tells you due to weather or condition it is unable to perform.

My biggest concern with AP in rain/snow is actually the jerkiness of it. Even if it performed identically to dry conditions (which it won't b/c visibility is reduced) it would still brake and accelerate too harshly for my comfort level in inclement conditions.
