If you were not getting a Model S what would you get

Well I have a 2006 VW GTI with 160,000 km (all of the really hard). Not sure if I will get rid of it or keep it around. My soon to be wife has a 2007 Civic with 35,000 miles. Her car is a little worse for wear as she is hard on outside of her car. But I don't know if I could handle her roughing up my GTI. I will keep both around until we get her another car then get rid of them both.

At least she has NO interest driving an electric car. So I won't have to worry about her stealing my Model S.

My Model S will replace the 2008 Honda Odyssey I drive now. We'll keep the Ody for long trips.
Need to convince the wife to replace her 2001 Lexus RX-300 with an EV. No luck so far, we'll see after we get our S.

2003 Saab 9-3 Sport Sedan, which I love, but it's showing its age. The gas station I like isn't on my way to anything, so I make special trips there. I'm tired of making trips to the gas station!

I'll be replacing my 1998 Honda CR-V with about 100k miles on it with a Model X. I can't say I won't miss it at all. It's been in the family since 1998, and I learned to drive in that car.

But on the other hand, the Model X will be awesome.
