What accessories should be included with the car when taking delivery? Do people receive floor mats, license plate frames/holders, phone dock or anything else?

Different folks have received different items at delivery. My inventory Model S was delivered to me at the Austin Texas service center with standard floor mats, license plate holders installed (on the back), I had them install the one on the front later.

They also had a bag of swag in the trunk (umbrella, pen, mug)

I didn't get a swag bag in 2015, but in addition to the floor mats, etc. mentioned above, there was a tow hook. Also the cargo cover for the trunk was originally an extra accessory but has been standard for awhile now.

The mobile connector bundle is probably the most important of all those bits (at least for most people). It should have the mobile connector itself, adapters for the NEMA 14-50 and NEMA 5-15 outlets, and a round carrying bag. There should also be a J1772 adapter, which I'm not sure if it's counted as as part of the mobile connector bundle or not.

None of that which you listed there, you could buy some Tesla related parts by yourself if you need. There's a lot on eBay
