Infrequent noise / clunk from the front drivers side when battery is preconditioning or fast charging

It sounds like something flexing. I'm asking Tesla to take a look at it. But I'm hoping the forum can share their thoughts on root causes. It most commonly happens when we're preconditioning or at the charger.

My HV battery died and when I charged it for the first time at a supercharger it did that.

I have a video clip of it on my video. It's normal to make popping noises as it tries to rapidly heat the battery if its too cold

You'll get pretty loud "clunk" or "thunk" / banging sounds when the battery heats up, for example while supercharging, while preconditioning, or simply while driving starting from a cold battery. Although surprising at first, those are normal sounds. Termal expansion...
