Inside wheel/tire damage on both Front and Back Passenger Side wheels

Anyone else experienced this? Just had snow tires put on my 2020 X, 7,000 miles, and both passenger side wheels and tires have severe damage (could not be seen from outside). I have never put it through a car wash, and can not explain how this could have happened while in my possession, so I suspect it was pre- delivery. There are round swirl marks on both tires as well. Curious if anyone else has seen this issue? Note that it would be very difficult to see this if you do not remove the wheel (as I had done today for snow tires).

Can you highlight where the damage is on the wheels? I only saw 2 tires images no wheels, and aside from a swirl mark, could not see anything of note on the tires.
