Installation of Tesla's Winter Wheel/Tire Package

I am looking at purchasing some winter wheels/tires and see on Tesla's website that they sell an 18" Wheel and Tire package.

Does anyone know if Tesla will swap these in and out for the life of the tires for free if we purchase them from Tesla? It says installation is included, but doesn't say if that is only for the first year.

I didn't see any definitive answers when I searched.

They have always swapped mine for free, as recently as yesterday on our X.

However: this may vary by service center, and could also be related to us having a maintenance plan. Tesla doesn't clearly describe what the plan includes.

Sure you could do that for ~$100 twice a year by going to a tire shop. Way more convenient to just swap wheels in your driveway IMHO.

The mobile service swapped to my winter wheels a few weeks ago on my Model X. I had to pay, about $65. Seemed worth it. I did not have to pay previously. I do have maintenance plan.
