Installing 2023 MX LR center console into 2020 MX-LR+

I have a late 2020 Model X LRP with ~30k miles on it, in like new shape. I have a good friend who has a 2023 MX with the new center console.

I would really like to install the 2023 center console with the dual inductive charging stations into my 2020 Model X. I believe there is enough room to bypass the vertical screen in the 2020 Model X.

Has anyone done this?

Better avoid inductive charging, it makes the celular so extremely hot that provoke battery degradation very fast. Better to use cable charger. I always put the phone screen down that place no prevent charge.

One thing to keep in mind is the 2023 low voltage system is 16 volts. The 2020 only provides 13 volts. I don’t know that would cause a problem, but it might affect its ability to charge a cellphone.

hi any update on this im curious to do the same thing lol i did it in my model 3 and love it but that was easy but the induction charging is intermittent wonder if thats because of what @DCGOO said

so i also have a model x and have acquired a 2023 center console. I am going to try it. anyone have a wiring diagram to let me know what the different plugs feed?
