Inspired by this thread by @Drrobmiller I am investigating the best Carplay tablet solutions for my 2019 Model S. I ended up ordering 2 different units. The Carpuride w103 Pro which I received, and the Carpodgo T3 which I expect will arrive tomorrow. I plan on posting a full comparative review on both but in a nutshell, both allow you to have Carplay or Android Auto display on the tablet, while your BT sound is connected to the car. The Carpuride has some additional function like screen mirroring while the Carpodgo specialises in just doing Carplay and Android Auto.
The Carpuride allows the boot logo to be customised, while the Carpodgo comes with a preset list of brand logos for the boot sequence. Here's a short clip of my Carpuride with my custom boot logo.
