I’ve used the iOS “Stats” app for about 8 months now and it works great for setting up more advanced charging schedules, smart battery prep smart sentry and a bunch of other stuff. In the last month I haven’t been able to get their smart battery prep to work.
The smart battery prep is a feature that increases the battery charge limit on the car temporarily to a new limit you select so that the car will start charging again, warm the battery up and then drop the charge limit back to the car setting. For example if your car charges itself at midnight up to 80%, you can have the app bring it up to 85% starting a half hour before you leave the house.
I’ve emailed the developer and he said that his logs show his app sending the command to the car at my specified times. However the car seems to not be receiving the command. Has anyone else come across this issue, and if so did you get around it?
