iphone 11 bluetooth microfone connection bad

I have been a Model X owner for a month now, and love it. The only issue I cannot get solved, is that when using my iphone 11 on the bluetooth connection, reception is fine, but people hear me very badly. It apparently sounds hollow and very weak. Who’s got the fix?

Try deleting your phone totally from the car and readding? That helps sometimes and reboot the car of course. There have been issues with BT on and off forever.

People hear you badly sounds like the car microphones aren’t working (or both aren’t), not the phone, though. May want to have Tesla check it out. I believe there was a fix for older X’s.

People usually ask if I am sitting a long way from the mic when talking. But as previous poster, bluetooth issues are tons and very on/off. First suggestion out of two; Unlink and relink, sometimes this fixes it, sometimes it breaks it completely.
Second suggestion out of two; wait for next update...

Have been to Tesla service. They tested it, and said it works fine. For an iPhone X, that is. So, it seems to be an iPhone 11 issue. Nothing more to do than wait for update...

Odd, but I tested using an iPhone 6 from a friend, and the result: same problem... So, still interested in input ad to how to solve this problem!
