iphone profile doesn't adjust seats?

2 drivers, each have iphones.

Driver 1 is driving fine, settings and profile good, leaves car.

Driver 2 comes by with app running in background and bluetooth on, car unlocks fine, but doesn't adjust seats or resets the profile...


This scenario works fine if you have the expensive remote key fob or if you use the key card.

Make sure that the iPhone is set to the proper profile. You can have more than 1 phone assigned to a profile.
