Is a Model 3 with the squeak safe to drive

My 2019 M3 AWD developed a squeak on Saturday, it happens at low speeds and when I turn the wheel. I'm guessing it's the well know control arm problem. My appointment is a month away. Is the car safe to drive? Is it just a lubrication issue or is something broken. I'm not having any handling problems just the noise.

I would vote that it is safe to drive. A squeak is a minor issue, and unless you're having trouble driving, I'd ignore it (as much as you can: A squeak would drive me crazy in a short while). Hope Tesla fixes it!
