Is it common to delay the delivery?

I ordered a MY LR in Deep Blue on Jan 25th. A few days later I received my VIN of 115XXX and choose Feb 12 for delivery. On 2/11 I get a call from the SA telling me they are having trouble with the train transport and my car will not be delivered to the dealership until late 2/16. We set a 2/18 for delivery. Now I noticed on my Tesla account page that the delivery date has been changed to 2/20. The VIN is still the same though. Is it normal for them to keep changing the delivery date? I also keep getting calls from Customer service saying they want to talk to me about my update request - but I have not requested anything. I screen my calls and always call right back but they never answer.
 
Tesla delivery timing has traditionally been very erratic. With winter storms totally disrupting all travel sectors, it's not surprising that Tesla deliveries would be delayed.
What we've all learned, dealing with Tesla, is...patience.
