I would suggest that anyone thinking of having work done on their Tesla look over reviews. Looking at Yelp the reviews for this company look decent at 4 stars https://www.yelp.com/biz/custom-car-stereo-and-tint-farmers-branch. But scrol through the reviews and you'll see a bunch of 1 reviews with a lot of 5. After reading some of the 1 rated reviews one can tell that there is an issue there. Good luck getting your money back. As others said take you car to another shop for removal and ask them if they will note the issues. I have a feeling you're on your way to small claims. Also follow up with the BBB.
