Is Tidal subscription associated with a profile?

Whenever my wife drives and brings up her profile, Tidal shuts off and tells us that we need to subscribe to Tidal. This happens even when I and my phone are in the car and when we have been listening to Tidal for hours while I drive. Is my Tidal subscription tied to my profile? Is there any way to make it available to both of our profiles? Thanks!

Go into the vehicle with your wife's Tesla profile, then go to Tidal and login.
