issue during cvrp tax rebate filing

Had a query. Getting the below message from the CVRP website during tax rebate filing.

"The VIN entered on your application does not indicate the vehicle is a Zero S. Please verify your VIN, selected vehicle model and trim.".

Vehicle was bought on 23rd July 2023, delivery was taken on 29th July. Title deed was recived mid-August.

Any help regarding the same would be appreciated.

Seems like the application thinks you're applying for a rebate for a Zero S motorcycle and not a Tesla. Did you start from the very beginning and make sure to select the Tesla model you're intending to apply for a rebate for on the first page and not a Zero S motorcycle?
