Issue using phone over bluetooth

Hi,

Took delivery on Saturday of a M3P and absolutely loving it but I'm having issues using my phone connected over bluetooth.
If I use voice commands or the phonebook to dial, my phone disconnects and I get a "network unavailable" message on my phone. If however I use my phone to dial the number the call go through correctly and uses the bluetooth speaker and mic as expected.
has anyone else experienced this behaviour?

Phone is a Galaxy S10 and and the car is on version 2020.20.12?
