For the past week, the car hasn’t been connecting to the Internet at all, from any location; the network symbol has a strikethrough instead of LTE or 3G.

So, haven’t had Maps or Streaming radio load up nor have I been able to reach the car from the mobile app.

I tried rebooting the screen multiple times but, that hasn’t helped.

Reached out to ServiceHelpNA to see if reseating a fuse may help or if I have to take it in for service.

More teething pains...

Looks like the LTE modem is broken. Service is going to work on replacing it (may mean replacing the computer board inside).

Interestingly, WiFi works with the service center's special hotspot. It just hasn't been opened up for use otherwise. Service had to go through some hoops to reproduce the LTE issue as the car would keep connecting to their WiFi instead.
