J1772 Wall Charger: Side Holster With Adapter

My wife and I are getting a Tesla soon, we’re going to buy a wall charger. We were thinking about getting the universal wall charger and using the J1772 adapter. I was curious if the handle with the adapter attached will fit in the holster on the side of the wall charger and stay in place. Does anybody have one and could answer that question?

I'd imagine your universal wall charger will have a J1772 sized receptacle on the side or front so you can lock the handle in place when not using it. So if you have the J1772 adapter in place for your Tesla it will not fit into the J1772 sized hole on your charger. You can just hang it over the top of the charger if that doesn't bother you, or remove the adapter when you're not using it.

I have a J1772 EVSE. I just keep the J1772 to Tesla adapter in the driver side door pocket. Take it out when charging, put it back in when done and put my cord in the holster I have.
