Not only that but I don't know of many that would buy/purchase a vehicle with over 100,000 miles on it, though I suspect a Tesla may be different and I'm curious to see in the long run how this plays out as the Sigs and 2012/13 models start to get up to that milestone on usage and are put up for sale.

If a car is known to be reliable, there is a perfectly fine used market for vehicles over 100k miles. We bought our Toyota Tacoma with 101k miles on it from a CarMax. We wanted a truck we could get dirty and haul stuff, and didn't want to pay the premium for a newer lower mileage one. Even with that many miles, we still paid $15k for the truck, and that was the going rate for them at the time. So far it's been great, with very few issues.

Now, whether or not Tesla becomes known as a reliable brand or ends up more like Range Rover is a different question.
