I don’t think so because I just got this and apparently quite a few folks have had it a while already. I’m also very new to this forum so my information might not be that accurate. When the map update rolled out it was about a month before I got it. Also it was one of those automatic updates, when I came out one morning the update was already installed and I was never prompted to do the install. Good luck!

Give your local SC a call. They should be able to help get it sorted for you. Also call the Tesla Support number and talk to them and explain the situation.

It’s kinda random.
On this web site you can see some sample of the deployment: TeslaFi.com Firmware Tracker

There is some pattern where almost weekly a small deployment is done, and every 4 to 6 weeks a large push is sent to all over a week or so.

Give your local SC a call. They should be able to help get it sorted for you. Also call the Tesla Support number and talk to them and explain the situation.

You are of course entitled to contact your SeC or Tesla support, but my advise is to give it a few days or weeks and if really you feel like updates don’t reach you (especially large one) then call them. Otherwise, they might get overloaded.
