Where's this '@0rpm' coming from on the power number? You can have torque at 0 RPM, but power at 0 RPM is, by definition, zero. Model S does achieve max power at fairly low RPM (4000-6000 depending on model), but this doesn't sound very impressive on a spec sheet since people are used to ICEs that have much lower peak RPM.
 
Yes I wondered about that myself. Isn't the idea more that the torque is the same at 1 RPM as it is at 5,000 RPM? The Options and Pricing page list these as follows:

Peak Motor Power 416 hp (310 kW) 5,000 - 8,600 rpm
Peak Motor Torque 443 lb-ft (600 Nm) 0 - 5,100 rpm
