Key cards not working

Hello both of my key cards are not working, but the vehicle is working fine though my phone, before I order key cards, is there any reason why it’s not working from my cards ???

I have the same problem. We lost one of the two cards that came from Tesla and the other one stopped working. When I tried to delete the key card in the lock screen, it asks for the original key card which we lost. You can't add or remove key cards without a functioning key card. Anyone know of a work-around?

Go to a Tesla service center and purchase an activated key for your vehicle.
