Large SSD drive on Model X (Benefits?)

Hi,

Amazon Prime day there are some discounted SSD drive (specifically this). Before I move forward, any particular reason I would need large SSD drives? Any benefits or downside?

I understand the "more" storage for any footage but if the dashcam is constantly overwritten if anything happens I would need the latest anyway. For sentry mode recorded video's I would think the ones comes with the car is large enough for the past few day's of recording incase of any events?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Steam games are the biggest thing you might want beyond media storage.
