Limitations of Mobile Service?

Is there a list of what Mobile Service can and can’t do? I contacted them about getting a windshield replaced (its very headache inducing distorted) and was told it will have to visit a SC. It appears Mobile also can’t do HW3 upgrade. Does Tesla publish a list of their limitations?

AFAIK if it requires a lift mobile can't do it. I suspect requiring multiple people would also knock them out (which you need for a windshield)

They CAN do HW3 on S/X vehicles supposedly, since there's no draining/coolant involved like there is on a 3.

No list though to my knowledge.

Major work can’t be done by mobile service. Something that needs the car jacked up or body work.

Depends. My local guys rent a bay at a shop so even if I need a lift they can do it. My nearest SC is over 300 miles away so they enabled themselves to do more in my area
