So, while I'm probably not going to be of much help, it isn't a charger. The charger is in the car. What you are looking for is the charging cable, or as everyone outside of Tesla calls it, the EVSE.
There are two charging cable that Tesla provides, the one that comes with the car, the mobile connector and the one that can mount on the wall, the wall connector. Model 3
You didn't really mention which one that you needed, although since you mentioned different cable lengths, we may assume that you are talking about the wall connector.
If you are, you may just look at the many of the signature wall connectors that are up for sale each day. People get them from a referral and want to sale them for a little money.
