Can any facelift 60D and 70D from 2016 be unlocked to the full 75kWh and it'll have the same performance (4.2 sec 0-60).
I don't have the confidence to say any 70 battery can be unlocked because I am worried they made some 70/facelift cars as they definitely made 90/facelift cars.
How much would this cost and how is it done?
It is software to the best of my knowledge, but it has to be done at a service center. This may or may not still be an option. Search the forums for the keyword "uncorked". This search may answer your first question also. As I recall the uncorking process wasn't expensive
