Lost most audio/mics on 21 Plaid

Was driving today when I suddenly got a little bit of static and lost all audio except for the front dash. Mics not working either either for voice command or blue tooth. Tried resetting a couple of times without any change, car even sat at work for 9 hours after and it still out. Not sure if the external amp is dead, but think it would be weird to have lost the mics too. Only weird thing is that earlier today I tried using voice command and got a couple of "command not recognized". Its two weeks until I can get into the service center, curious if anybody else has this happen and if there is anytime I can try to fix on my own.
