Light Show Distorted Audio

I have downloaded several Lightshows in the Past and they have all worked fine.
Today I download a few more from a couple sites. and I get distorted cracking audio on all but 1.
When I play the Audio files on the PC they work fine.
I tried a Software reset of the car. No dice
The Preloaded Lightshows work fine.
Using the Glove box USB port

I've got the same issue. ExFAT formatted USB Stick and no dice so far. Sounds like some robotic, tinny, crackly noise every time... I'm on the holiday update too...
