Loud power seat motor

My drivers power seat is intermittently quite loud when using easy entry. Seats work fine. The noise seems to just be the motor sound, no grinding or scraping, I can’t figure out what causes it to get louder/quieter, can switch during the same day. Any ideas of what to look at?

Ever get it figured out?
The sliding motor in my driver seat makes a terrible noise but functions just fine. Not sure if just the motor can be swapped or needing more.

I had this service fixed it and said the seat was slightly off the tracks or something along those lines
