Lowering, spacers and tire setup for new MYP24

Hello,

I will shortly receive my new MYP2024 and I look for some upgrades to get that sweet OEM+ look. The car is delivered with 21" uberturbine wheels which are fitted with the following tires:
Pirelli P Zero
255/35R21 XL
275/35R21 XL

I plan my first drive with the car to be to my local tire shop swapping for:
Toyo, Proxes Sport 2
265/40 ZR21 105Y XL
295/40 ZR21 111Y XL

At the same time I plan to fit 4x10 mm H&R TRAK+ Wheel Spacers.

I choose those tire dimensions based on what I read here in a testimony from @Raurele with no rubbing/touching problems.

However it seems like he didn't use spacers in his testimony...Do you think the spacers will cause rubbing/touching with my Toyo tires?

If not, do you think I can lower the car with new suspension and still have no problem with rubbing/touching? Please suggest a suitable suspension for this, I not want that extreme lowered look, just a bit more sportiness, maybe 10-20 mm lower than original?
