MagSafe Dashmount

Didn’t need or want a MagSafe charger since I have the Taptes one in the center console for (slow 5w) wireless charging.

Just wanted something similar to the Belkin MagSafe holder to satisfy California handheld cellphone laws.

Thought this was the cleanest method.

^^^ Thanks for the link. The mount is made to accept the MagSafe magnetic charger but yours appears to have another magnetic insert to go in its place. Did it come with the mount or is it something you added?

Hmm I didn't notice that detail - the one I linked to is just plastic and is made for the Apple MagSafe charger to snap into place. (I don't have any need for a non-charging mount) -- either way it's a 17mm ball mount, so you could ostensibly attach all sort of things to it.
