Maintenance for Tesla home connector UK

Hey Tesla heads. Proud owner of a M3 and MX, and had my Tesla home connector for around 5 years now, but today my wife called me to say it’s not working. Even after resetting both the breaker and connector itself.
How do I get this fixed does anyone know please? The original recommended installer is now blacklisted by Tesla as they were charging large sums of money for yearly services which were not needed, so they got taken off Teslas list of recommended electricIan’s.

Would any good electrician be able to sort this please? If not then what do we do? Any help would be great! Thank you!

Also does anyone know if I get a Gen 3 wall connector, as my model X is 2018 but I have the CCS/ upgrade plus adaptor, will I be able to use it please? My wife has a new M3 so that‘ll be fine but just worried about my MX.
