Is there a chance that Tesla wasn't planning on using this bridge? The operators are frantically looking for speakers. Perhaps we called, they said "Tesla must be having a conference!" and set it up.

Odd -- I'm seeing the liveblog notes above but not hearing anything on this call.

I wonder if we messed them up and since we all called in they created a Tesla call for us?!? Now, that would be hilarious.

According to the transport evolved live blog of the call, it has already started and Musk has announced a lot of exciting stuff. But I'm still on hold with music. So I guess I can't hear it live. Hmm...

9:17: still on hold, still can't see a press release, but CNBC has a headline "Tesla CEO Musk: New software will provide 'range assurance' application" (with no meaningful content). I think they had it queued up but someone pressed the button prematurely. Price dropped like a rock at about that instant.

All of the tesla motors club people got absolutely screwed sitting the conference call line.

Tesla never said that phone number would provide access to the call. We just assumed that would be the case.

I can't believe that there was nothing provided to all of the Tesla supporters not to at least have audio. I think it's a poor showing on their part.
