Your financing method will determine if you can edit your configurations. If you have financed or leased and gone through the approval process you cannot make changes until your terms expire. If you clicked pay with cash there is an edit option available.
You can also go to the order page and ask chat that you need to make an update. Then they will unlock it and you get the edit option back.
It's so weird. I have the exact same spec except for tow and mine's still Oct 2022 to Jan 2023.
Requested to enable my design changes over the chat. Added TOW package. As of now EDD still the same September 14-November 9th.

Additionally, Lynwood, WA Tesla Dealership contacted me on Monday, March 28th to offer me a Model Y with the same configuration I requested, they said that a customer rejected the car and If I were ready for the delivery, I could pick up the car by Thursday which was too fast, I didn't accept the deal because it was too soon to sell my car and applied for Financial Loan.
