I’m in New York and went to the Smithtown Tesla showroom yesterday. I spoke with a SA regarding renewing financing option. He told me wait for a vin and then renew your financing.

I asked about Michelin all season tires. He stated that it’s 80% 20% come with all season tires. 80% being all season.

I then called the 888 number and spoke with a representative and he said you ordered a performance car and the Perelli zeros are a performance tire that’s what should be on the car. If you get the all seasons they will wear too much in the summer months .

He also confirmed about renewing the finance to wait till I get my Vin.

Also while at Smithtown I counted at least 50 model Y no performance just standard and long range

Yup. OD: 3/18 EDD: May MYLR BLACK 20” wheels Tow Had FSD but removed it Financed with Tesla and my profile/ payment is complete. My EDD has said “May” since my order was placed and hasn’t changed.

We ordered twins it seems and on the same day! I am in NYC and my EDD of 5/8-6/5 has not moved a bit! I am less than 7 days from my delivery window. Hopefully i will see an update soon. i hate waiting!!!

I am getting hopeful I will get a VIN soon at least.

It's frustrating to say at least. They get you all pumped up and then push the EDD back. It's like playing in a Casino, you will (or won't) get it. EDD is just a number. No obligations from the Tesla side in this relationship.

Just changed my color today. So far my EDD didn’t change, though my SA said it might. Has anyone changed only the color and had it change their delivery date?

My EDD (4th change) now July 31-Sept 11
MYLR midnight silver, 19” tires, no tow, no FSD

My advice is to relax til you get a VIN, then deal with it.....EDD's change all the time. There are also options to take delivery without you being there.
