I tried to initiate max battery yesterday and it showed battery was heating up and provided an estimated time then after a few secs it just disabled itself with no input from me.

I tried to just initiate by pressing the max battery button and also via entering ludicrous + mode. For about 15mins it would start heating battery and then just turn off. I called Tesla to discuss and while on hold tried it once more and of course it then worked and remained on. Tesla took note of the issue (and of course never heard of it before) and sent it to their engineers for review. I provided the vid to them but no word back yet.
I am on the most recent update that came with the AC on after leaving the vehicle feature.
Anyone else ever see this?
