MC240 charger

    Not too long ago new house were built with 100 AMP panels. Mine is from the 80s with a 200 AMP. In the 90's and beyond new MC Mansions are often 400 A as more eletronic doohickies pull serious power (and phantom power).

    Visiting a neighbor of mine building a simple home in the framing stage was all angery that she is required to put a plug every 6 wall feet.

    Didn't you say the RV parks have upgraded as bigger campers came in? Same "rules" will apply for them as malls putting in chargers wanting Tesla owners to shop.

    Yeah... My 1950s era house has a 100amp panel. It was all I could do to squeeze out a 40amp breaker for my year 2000 level 2 EV.
    If I had a Roadster I wouldn't be able to install the HPC without upgrading service first.
