Megacharger deployment tracking?

So supercharge.info tracks Supercharger installation, but is there a site that tracks Megacharger installs?

I see that there are now apparently 3 sites with 4 chargers each:

Are there any other companies that have ordered the Semi Trucks getting Megachargers installed?
