Messaging question [How to find messages from tesla service after reading them?]

Hello. So I got a text message from Tesla and it states that I was approved to receive a new battery yet after clicking the message and accepting the service , the original message about being approved, was gone I can’t find it anywhere… any tips on how I can retrieve it?

With in the service section where the schedule and invoice are located there may be a chat ball flag it may be there otherwise if you look at the estimate itself it will say something about warranty exchange.

I agree.
And when you have more than one Tesla, it gets worse.
The app is just not suitable for service communications.
