Mirror disassembly of inside mirror

I wanted to install the dashcam better today.
so I disassembled the rear view mirror and disconnected the wires
i couldn't find the end of the broken wire. I think we need to take the glass apart.
can i recover this?

Hi. I solved it myself. a plastic card was inserted through the mirror, and fortunately the mirror was separated.
although soldering will be needed, this is enough. I'm happy. i hope this thread helps someone.
