Missing Controls Under Dashcam Viewer

Hi all,

Am I missing something obvious? Car is updated to latest software release - sentry cam working fine but when I go to view the clips using the cars 'Dashcam Viewer' there are no controls at the bottom of the viewer to zoom ahead to the 'incident' that triggered sentry mode.......

Its literally the viewer and controls at top to list other clips and close the viewer down.

Any ideas?!

Ignore me......did a reset and its there now......

I’d be inclined to try a hard reset for starters and if that fails to resolve it, delete all the existing files.
I recall I had a similar issue with sentry and deleting ‘corrupt’ files resolved it

I've got the same issue and haven't got around to doing a reset.

Interestingly, the same issue/update appears to have revealed some dashcam footage that wasn't viewable before, as the car was set to 'private' or whatever it is, when it was at the SC.

Nothing interesting to see, just the car being moved around the carpark a few times, various shots of other cars with bumpers missing, etc.
