Model 3 18" OEM Tires $2,522 from Tesla .. is that correct ?

$2,522 It this right ? I remember paying half that 3 years ago on Model S Tires from Tesla.
Quote is 2268 for 4 , plus 104 alignment plus 149 tax.

That seems like more than double the going rate. Check Tire Rack and other online vendors. They all have local installers in most cities. M3 18" tires are generally under $250 US per tire, then add balancing, mounting and tax.

The thread title says "Model 3" but the OP posted this in the model S subforum, and also mentions "I paid half that on model S tires 3 years ago", so its not clear what tires they are asking for.

You probably know better than I do but a 2018 MS didn't have 18" tires only 19" and 21".
