Model 3 2023 Powered Boot Frozen

Just tried to open the boot.. the lid opened about an inch then shut again.
The climate has been running for about 15 mins at 22c, but there is visible frozen water droplets on the boot lid so I am presuming it's stuck frozen rather than faulty.
What's the best way to defrost / free it off to open?

some gummi or silicone on the seals to stop them sticking to the boot lid might help for future . I am sure Tesla's are tested in much colder weather than we have but the combination of cold + damp that we experience when it flutuates between freezing and not freezing can cause some unique issues.

Open the handle from the other side (thin side instead of the usual thicker side) it opens even heavily frosted - but keep an eye on your nails. Btw, generally getting the car winter ready with the WD40 inside of the handle works.
On the older silver handled cars the official recommended action for an iced handle was to bang the handle with the palm of your hand which, to be fair, did work most of the time.
When they introduced the black handles they changed the design and as you say deliberately designed it so that pressing on the thin side should free up a frozen handle.
