Model 3 door trim interior squished by object

My Model 3 interior passenger door trim top of interior got squished by some furniture I was hauling leaving small indents (nothing super awful but it is noticeable) in the foamy grey material

luckily there’s no tear. I’ll try and take a pic later. Seems heat or hair dryer or something should be able to expand the foam underneath to its previous contour? Anyone had any experience with this. I’m wondering if it will expand to fade with time even?

I haven't had luck with gentle heat, and taking it any further makes me feel like it'll end up being shiny where it's heated. Just learned to deal with it unfortunately.

It will probably expand back and get less noticeable over time.
